I believe it is now at the company's discretion. I hope Dr. Mike calls a few of the bigs before they resume trading. The shorts are going to pile on with everything they have.

I would love to see the bigs pull in their shares on loan. However, I would not be surprised if the 2016 payouts are far enough away that they continue to loan and get the interest at the expense of pps.

Unfortunately, I have to strongly disagree with you, Art.  I believe the shorts are not dead, not even close.  Plenty is still left to interpretation and opinion.  Longs can have optimism, but there is not a lot of certainty in this deal.  Shorts can easily thrive in this atmosphere.  I would b very happy to be wrong.
