Well more short bull . Who would have a better handle on the IPI than a stock analysts. Pavel M states at worst that part verbally

the IPI payment would be $248 million vs the purely speculative assertions in this article. Or who thinks Pavel doesn't talk to the

company for assumptions?Also interesting the pattern Bonk sets up with his bragging about a new short article

before it comes out. That's collusion and illegal and can cost Tilson his licenses but he doesn't seem to care about

that. Best to listen to those that talk to the company vs those paid to make it up with an agenda.
