Really surprised about BoA planting ground on this. Even moreso surprised at only 1% increase today. Thought it was a relatively slow day until seeing this. Hell, if I were a short and saw BoA adding on top of all the others to this I'd cut my losses.

Agree. They should release audit report once it is ready. Audit report should be released anytime now.

I don't even think they could suppress it even if they wanted to. It's an independent audit.

Agree. NQ management does not have any control over independent auditing. That's the credit of independent auditor.  It is also in the best interest of NQ managemt and shareholders to have indepent auditing result out ASAP so that this cloud hang over stock price clear and NQ managent can focus on growing business.
