We will let the facts speak for themselves at that time.

How is this different than the message in the April 30th release?  While these notes are a nice gesture, results are all that matters. Are the going to file 20F by May 15 and will there be any restatements?  If someone can argue that this release from IR is telling the market they are 100% going to file the 20F I would like to hear.  What is the motive here?

That's what I get based on the press release with respect to Sprint today. I've been reading betwee the lines for 6 months and I've been a moron for most of it though haha.
