fwiw, i was listening to a bloomberg interview with David Riedel of Riedel Research Group today between 2-3:00 and the subject of NQ came up and how CB was panning it.  Riedel immediately said that he thinks CB is wrong, that CB "talks his book" and that he "questions (CB's) integrity" in how he presents his case against companies.  Riedel says his own company does extensive research on a universe of hundreds of companies with regard to governance and that he's sees no problem whatsoever in NQ's governance.
