It was nice meeting you this morning.
We are here and working. We recognize the most important things are the completion of the independent investigation which will then put PwC in position to complete their work. We are doing everything we can possible to make this happen as soon as possible.

The last update on the entire situation was provided by the Independent’s own status report in the press release dated April 30th. When there is an update to that — we will definitely disclose that.

3 of my friends got same email but mine has my name

latest from Matt Mathison thanks biotechwatcher
1. The only reason Matt knows for the price drop was 500k shares being sold in a lump at market price. There is no other news of which he is aware, and he has no idea where the 500k shares originated.
2. Employees own 35% of shares--so they were very concerned about the price drop.
3. As of today, he is aware of no malfeasance, wrong doing or fraud on the part of NQ and the company stands by its 4/30 press release.
4. The company is putting as much pressure as possible on the auditors.
5. The company is speaking to the auditors daily, but they are not negotiating language and not delaying the process of getting it completed.

Who does Matt speak to concerning the way the stock trades?  Morgan Stanley?  500K on market order will clearly send it in free fall.  Another symbol screw up?

I believe what he's saying, but at this point, the market has lost patience. It's 20F/Audit or we'll keep selling your stock. In a perverse way, a tanking stock price puts a lot more pressure on the management and in turn auditors to get things done than retail guys like us writing a million emails.

I was curious what Kim Titus looks like. So I Googled him.

Here's an interview he did when he was still Samsung PR Director (2011).

Here's Kim Demonstrating NQ Mobile On An HTC Vivid (2012). But they didn't show his face in this video.
