Is Annie's a fraud?

I was searching news of PWC and found PWC resigned from Annie's last month. The reason to resign kind of similar like what NQ is facing now "PWC found material weakness in internal control..." (which i would thought missing data is one of that weakness)

I believe i heard of Annie's name in US but not familar with it. Does anyone know more what this story is. Or maybe It's PWC's general practice that they like step down if they feel there is some weakness of internal control

I actually envy Annie's after read that news. their stock drop 3.4% after PWC unexpected resign... while NQ has suffered like 67% YTD loss and PWC can't find a reason to resign...
