I think this news is to get the shorts to buy back the shares and put a floor on the SP....nice move but I think the price is way too low....

I hope they are doing this just to get share price up because 9.80 is a joke unless this really is a fraud(don't think). Bison just valued FL at 425 million so they get the rest for nothing when you add in cash .

If they even hint that this deal is acceptable there will be accusations that the whole short campaign was stage managed by the company itself and we are all going to court.

I think more likely it is a mixture of Bison chancing their arm, and the company trying to set a base price under the company.

The new auditors MBP have been hired on the basis that they will sign off accounts for last year im sure of it. Why else would they be appointed. Based on the information available - and already provided to PWC, MBP will sign. F-20 filing is imminent, all this recent news is just to ensure we rise back to a respectable value - $20 will do for a start!!
