New blog of NQ
#1

http://blog.nq.com/nq-mobile-ir-update-f...r-27-2014/

some highlights:

1.  Control Risks Group and DLA Piper LLP were able to recover and review many files from the subject devices that were deleted prior to and subsequent to the publication of the Muddy Waters report but prior to the collection of data from those devices by the Special Committee. None were relevant to the fraud allegations or the Special Committee’s investigation.

2.  Showself and Yipai.  see each individually contributing more to our financials than FL Mobile did in the first year after acquisition. Showself already has millions of users and a profitable and growing revenue base.Earlier in 2014,Yipai daily traffic volume already exceeded 10 million and current advertisers include VIPShop and Taobao.

They should have released this with the original PR in the morning. Also not as much dilution as one would first think. non gaap fully diluted ADS at end of 2013 was 66 mln per the April 10th PR from the company. If these acquisitions are neutral to accretive its a whole different look that what I think the market assumed yesterday on first review of the 20f. Still more digging to do though,

They release the blog likely due to investor inquiries and annoyance with their spending habits, and here we are a day later and this is the result. Bravo to management for the umpteenth time.

I would look at it this way.

Is NQ a fraud?

Are the financials not trustworthy?

If there was EPS dilution, does $9/sh reflect FMV?

Given my answer is no to all three above, this is still a buy to me.

I am in agreement with Tradestar here. As long as the financials are legit. Yes, dilution is there but that''s how the capital market works and how companies grow. Short term pain but longer term gain. Now we are getting back to regular news flow. The SP move is more of a retracement here.......hang in there long...

To be an NQ shareholder sure does require patience. I am amazed we are at $7s with a clean 20-F though, even with the dilution.
