Time for a new share buyback !?!?
#1

If last July 2014 was a good time to spend $50MM on a share buyback, why not now ?!?!

Hession must know what the results of ANT-4 and ANT-5 will mean to the next payment from TOTAL - so, why not earmark another $50MM for buying back shares?

We are basically trading for our "cash in bank" value (including the upcoming TOTAL resource payment) - so...   why not ?

They could buy 40% 45% 50% more shares for the same $50 million.  (Sorry for the cross outs, but the share price kept dropping).

Not sure that's a good idea, we're up against a tidal wave, buying a few shares isn't going to make much of a difference IMHO and the tidal wave will recede at some point. Better safe the cash for building the business and exploration.

Oil hasn't been down the last couple of days; OSH pps hasn't been down the last couple of days either.  IOC not just drifting lower...but diving.  I undersatnd some want to say Chandler selling is insignificant because it's only a small percentage of his holdings...but he still made a choice to sell at these lows.  He could have been holding...or buying more.  The last few days seem at least partially "stock-specific" to me.  Any thoughts on what might be up?

Although speculating, Chandler belatedly trimming his energy exposure seems a pretty good possibility.

He trimmed approx. 10% of his IOC holdings. Pretty good source says he had some margin calls on his energy portfolio.

I do not belive Chandler is a "margin" player.

IOC's collapse is NOT explained by the energy collapse as it is not falling in line with it.

Call it what you will, something is up.
