Target $58 . Risking E/A at 75 percent .Upside to that number . See report.

Very detailed, conservative, and with a clear path to 200 plus per share. Resource confirmation is near-term key, and I like the upside of 4-20 dollars per share for each of the 5 fields outside PRL15. Also, noted any delay on FID only minimally effects the share price. Let’s hope PET is right and we have 10TCF… if true, we’ll be at 100 before the EOY

We were $100 before year end, two years ago (Dec 6)...just saying

["We were $100 before year end, two years ago (Dec 6)...just saying"

Perhaps there was a little bit of froth in that at the time, it's not the measure of all things. The market clearly run up in the expectation of a deal and sold off on the deal itself. We've gone through this, the certification needs, the price/mcf total is paying, the time to FID, etc.

What you also should not forget is that if there is no immediate reason for a stock to go up, it usually goes down.

But this is all hindsight, of course..

Dec 5, 2013:  close 88.63, near the intra-day high, before the Dec 6 drop, up from the 60s less than one month earlier

April 1, 2013 (two years ago):  close 74.18

The stock has never closed as high as $100, with its closing high in the low 90s, I believe.  I think it will be great to see that close for the first time, and expect we will, as does UBS.

I never said closed above $100 don't getit. I said it was at $100. In fact thought it hit a high of over $100 before the tumble. And don't play me for a pregnant female pup either. I am still holding, never lent shares and never sold short unlike our. Just stating what has happened. I believe the future looks bright but don't forget the past either.

Ebster it pains me to say this but I am in pain also . As an earlier investor I have a lower cost but it still stinks what Phil did to all of us .
That said Hession looks like he's gonna get this gas monetized which make me smile looking forward.
Henry Aldorf was right about the asset ....
Where the stock trades between now and payment receipt I can't predict but determination of the proper number of mcf we own at E/A changes everything.
Everything springs off those numbers .

Water under the bridge... It was there as a result of the Exxon offer and as it turns out Total did offer a better deal in the long run but the short term market didn't like recertification and a 2 year delay for payment. One year from now, if recert is 10tcf and we're at 120 Hession will be feeling very justified in his decision as we'd be up shits creek if we took the Exxon offer.

Why are you being so aggressive and name-calling and accusing me of saying or doing things I did not?  I did not accuse you of anything.  I simply stated facts about where "it was" on dates you specified, and added a little additional information I thought might be of interest.

On one occasion years ago, much longer than two years I think, on a buyout rumor I believe, it traded at 100 on a spike that lasted probably less than a minute. You are right about that if that is what you were trying to refer to.

Numerous stocks, including Apple Computer, have had big declines from highs, and subsequently hit new highs.  We agree on the future, the most important thing now.

Yeah, the stock was 50% higher with Phil at the helm than it has been under Hession these past 15 months.  No doubt in my mind Phil was the reason for the low price under Hession.  LOL.

You might want to review the facts before you take your cheap shots behind a guy's back.  But then this is nothing new with you.

How would the stock price have performed without a deal??Thats where we were at. Or what if Phil had cut us a gas sale deal without LNG participation. ..?that was the Exxon offer.
Fact is Phil was fired by the BOD or those in the known think he was screwing up . He cost us years along the monetization path and that's why he was let go . He wanted it his way vs the industry way .
That said he found this asset where Super Majors couldn't so yes he was and is a great Pet Engineer but that ego kept him from monetizing his baby which is why he was fired .
Just the way it was sorry to say .

Yeah, and he was also responsible for the Great Recession, Project Zebra and Somare's heart attack.  He invested heavily in Duma's political career, and those "in the know" think he was screwing up.  How many of those are left on the board today?  How does anyone know Total was even willing to enter PNG without O'Neil demonstrating political stability and PNG LNG demonstrating the country could support the construction of a major facility?

Hession has us a deal, and the value of the deal is fully dependent upon the size of the resource PM and his team found.  Great.  Kudos where they belong, but your continuing criticisms of Mulacek do not reflect well upon you, as popular as they might be.
