ORCHID CAPITAL ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF COMMON SHARES OF INTEROIL CORPORATION
#11

"Orchid Capital Investments Pte. Ltd. ("Orchid"), an indirect subsidiary of Chandler Corporation, announced today that it sold, on July 13, 2015, 3,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") in the capital of InterOil Corporation (the "Issuer")"

"The Shares were sold through the facilities of the New York Stock Exchange at an average price of US$45.00 per common share."

Here is a question for you stock market pros. How is it possible for Orchid to sell 3,000,000 shares on the New York Stock Exchange on July 13th at an average price of $45/share when the total shares traded was 574,500 and the low for the day was 49.08/share?

I thought it might be something like that but on July 14th they only traded a total of 2,871,000 shares and the low of the day was 45.60/share.

"The Shares were sold through the facilities of the New York Stock Exchange". They meet in the NYSE cafeteria. Chandler said I need money. MS said give us shares at well below market.Smile
