This stock is clearly broken and mgmt. hasn't a clue on what to do. Hand may be forced before long and support from bigs is fading fast. Figure it out fellas

Palm, I do not disagree with the first part. What is your thought on the second part "hand may be forced". TIA, T

We just had a guy very connected in Asia go from 8 million shares to zippo in a very short period of time. This with all of the talk of a "huge" payment coming just around the corner. IMO this is a body blow to investor confidence that you just don't shrug off. Mr. Lynn can try and blow this stuff off as something not reflecting on IOC, or maybe the reflection is off of his eyes from the oncoming semi. Mgmt better see this as a huge wake-up call as to what is going on from the perspective of shareholders. I would hope they don't sleep real well until they either get things "fixed" or get blown aside.

They better start reacting like the frog thrown into a pot of boiling water instead of one who slowly cooks to death.

I've heard from one of the big sell side firms that have picked up coverage in the last year is that some institutional investors are starting to do the work.  This is still very much a "story" stock and with a weak energy tape not many new bigs will dip thier toes in here.  They would rather be a bit late than too early.  I think delaying or extending certification only continues the story.  We need a certification #, a bid for the company, or something more subsstantial on the E&P side that's quicker to moentize if you know what I mean.  Other than that the stock will languish due to lack of buyers.  Call it a long squeeze, no believers with enough dry powder to move it higher an keep it there.

We know that IOC is special but the buyers don't seem to know that. These days IOC is performing like most all the other O&G stocks I follow. Poorly. It's a sector thing.

Thy is spot on the junior oil stocks are down 60-80 percent . Look at Linn Energy symbol Line . Was upper $30 now $6.03 . Look at Seadrill SDRL was over $40 now $8.86 . Etc etc . It's an oil bear market . Oil below $50 is an issue .
