Okay will answer my own question from Wikepedia....Permeability is the property of rocks that is an indication of the ability for fluids (gas or liquid) to flow through rocks. High permeability will allow fluids to move rapidly through rocks. Permeability is affected by the pressure in a rock. The unit of measure is called the darcy, named after Henry Darcy (1803-1858). Sandstones may vary in permeability from less than one to over 50,000 millidarcys (md). Permeabilities are more commonly in the range of tens to hundreds of millidarcies. A rock with 25% porosity and a permeability of 1 md will not yield a significant flow of water. Such “tight” rocks are usually artificially stimulated (fractured or acidized) to create permeability and yield a flow.

Wow, you flow 60mmscfd for 36hours and you drop 2psi.  A-5/EA is a monster.

Good luck longs.

In their financials where they discuss interest expense/revenue, they make the following comment:

Interest income was primarily attributable to interest accretion income on receivables for interim resource payments expected under the Total SSA for the Elk and Antelope. The amount was offset by a $25.9 million decrease in interest income due to an adjustment in timing Management Discussion and Analysis INTEROIL CORPORATION 11 of expected cash flow from the interim certification payments from December 2015 to June 2016.

I would have expected a little more clarity on ANT-4.

"Operations Underway" -- what does that mean !?!?

I trust in the conference call we will get an explanation for this slowness to get ANT-4 completed...

First time I have listened to the call. Much more color when you listen versus transcript. Hession stays on a mantra.... Find it, develop it, monetize it. His confidence that they think this is a "giant" is comforting. Two trains will be supported seemed to be the minimum. The questions from Neil Beveridge I think, trying to nail down the size of the resource was cute but they were not going to bite on that. They know they have seven in the bag and Hession says that every additional TCF is 600-700 million in value so they are going to turn over every rock so to speak to find it all initially. Although I think if they miss a rock or two they can get an additional certification later on. Very positive information. Wahoo is now an after thought and the hope for Triceratops which was very positive and potential for Raptor will be known in the next 9 months. Also, they are confident they have the drilling issues sorted out and completing wells in 59 days is where they want to continue to be. Now how will the market react and how will Calio, Beveridge and Molanchov write it up and will that make any difference. Or do we have to wait for the key question, how big!!!! and cash delivery second quarter next year.
