Obviously the market is mispricing IOC stock if the "Bear" case is above the current market price.

Interesting is that Citi's high end is 9 T's yet many here feel the number is 10T's to 12T's.  Time will tell...

Percentage wise the target prices for the stock are robust in aggregate . Wall Street likes to stair step price targets . If they show 10-12 T's they need a higher price target . Their compliance departments will not allow mega price targets these days for a commodity stock .
But you put your finger on why the stock price is $40 and it's the when for payment and how much , how many T's . In NYC the company stated they were very comfortable with 10 T's . We wait .

Well we are now well in the range of price targets which are typically 12 months out. Approximately 250 days from certification without delays. Would be better if it was earlier in the second quarter like April 1. It should be transformational. Love that term.

Relker - the PDF has the info you requested from mgt to build a price target spreadsheet based on your individual assumptions . If you have the time you now have the numbers .
Martini- Note Citi says they expect GCA and NSAI to be the official estimators . Further note Oil Search has stated mid second quarter 2016 their official results will be announced to settle with PAC . The market will react to a new extimate from GCA and Netherland Sewell . The Interoil /Total number should be very close if not the same as the Oil Search/PAC number.....
