Drilling update from OSH

During November, the Antelope 4 ST1 well was drilled to a total depth of 2,326 metres and wireline logging was completed. Log interpretations confirm that a thick, high quality dolomite reservoir unit continues to this southern location. Due to well integrity issues, long-term production testing could not be undertaken. Preparations to plug and abandon the well are now underway. Drilling on Antelope 6 and production testing of Antelope 5 is expected to commence shortly.

I can see why IOC wouldn't consider this two bee material. It's just Ant 4 which was to complete the testing program. Let's see how this is explained away as immaterial.

Nothing IOC does is material ... NEVER EVER.

Let's hope that OSH's definition of "shortly" is not the same as IOC's definition of "imminently."
If it is the same, then A-6 may not be spud (or is it spudded??) until March 2016.

Actually in reading the Nov 13 presentation they have reached objectives with Ant 4:

"Well at total depth
• Primary objective: establish vertical extent of high- quality reservoir in Antelope-4
• Antelope-4 core analysis supports high-quality reservoir porosity and permeability in southern flank of field
• Well intersected top reservoir at 1,875m (6,152ft) TVDSS, 340m (1,115 feet) above field-wide gas- water contact
• Well at total depth of 2,262m (7,421ft) TVDSS - 48m (157ft) below the field gas water contact
• Wireline logging is now in progress as planned"

Just for once would be nice for IOC to report a status update, especially since Ant 4 took way longer than originally expected.

Are you complaining about Ant 4 or Ant 4 ST1? Both have been reported and updated, and the problems and delays at Ant 4 discussed, at length.
