By its letter dated May 2, 2016 (the “May 2 nd Letter&rdquoWink, counsel for Mr. Mulacek and PIE notified the Company that the Company was required to provide updates as of the Annual Meeting record date of April 25, 2016, to the shareholders lists previously provided to Mr. Mulacek and PIE by the Company, but such updates had not been received. The May 2 nd Letter also stated that if such updates were not received by the close of business in Whitehorse, Yukon, on May 3, 2016, the Reporting Persons would file an application in the Supreme Court of Yukon seeking an order for the Company to produce and provide such lists immediately.

Having posted this, you may as well post the demands for "protocols" for the Special Meeting.  Seems like he wants to turn this into a Gore v. Bush drama.

Just curious.  Do you have it backwards?  If he is just exercising his rights as a shareholder AND the company is delaying or not complying (if that is what the real facts are), then it is the company that is causing this drama.  I'm not a Phil fan nor do I care for MH either.

Backwards?  I don't think so.  One can't seriously believe that the IOC chairman would agree to yield the chair of a shareholders meeting to an outsider.  All the other stuff related to vote counting flows from that implication that IOC cannot be trusted to conduct votes in an honest way.  Perhaps PM simply gave his lawyers carte blanche to make demands which they knew would be rejected so that PM could issue another press release depicting IOC in a bad light.  As I have written on other threads, this is about power, not about money, and not really about MH, save for p.r. purposes.

Perhaps it's all about laying the ground for the lawsuit to follow if Hession and the board act in a way that is not clearly in the interests of the shareholders.

Perhaps.  The guy PM had placed on Kina's Board is a lawyer who once worked for IOC.  I hate to think what lawyers for both sides would do with your term "not clearly".........lol

Thy - Good am to you . As I was pondering your "not clearly" last evening, I thought about how many more of the ' borrowed millions ' will be gone before we see the first nickel from Total . Our "soap opera" saga seems to have a never- ending life of it's own. Such a great asset we have in PRL 15 ....and so pitifully manuvered .[ ....still trying to "keep the faith" ,but getting more difficult each day ] . Best to you and yours.
