In October, Oil search rejected an $11.6 billion takeover bid made by Woodside Petroleum, saying it was "highly opportunistic and grossly undervalued the company"

And when chips hit the BOD of Interoil folded .

And if 34% of the shareholders vote against this deal? The BOD says "just sayin"?

The IOC BOD should make a proper deal on behalf of IOC shareholders:

+ 25% of the merged company instead of 14%
+ CVR payment of US$ 1.00 per mcfe; not US$ 0.77 per mcfe
+ A floor on the CVR payment of $30.00

Mr Civelli made it tough on OSH/IOC for 12+ months by filing a claim
WE CAN DO THE SAME THING IN THE YUKON COURTS
