Proxy vote is rigged.
#1

This is a special announcement; the proxy voting is rigged.  The BLUE proxy cards have not even been mailed.  If one was to fill in the box on the WHITE proxy that states “FILL IN THE BOX TO THE RIGHT IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE MEETING AND VOTE THESE SHARES IN PERSON” that proxy is being rejected by Broadridge Proxy Service.  If you are planning on attending the ASM and wish to cast your vote there, you must request an ADMITTANCE TICKET and a LEGAL PROXY from the brokerage firm that is holding your shares.

Welcome back Gator!

This is sorta important isn't it?

So if you are going to vote blue card (I haven't received anything) and they never show up, is the alternative to not vote at all?

Is this grounds for delaying the vote?

If that is correct the vote can be challenged  in court for sure.

I have previously checked the box at the Proxy service advising them I will vote my shares at the AGM. What should I be doing? I also am receiving Proxies from two other shareholders with smaller number of shares. Best advice?

Art,

Contact the broker holding the shares and inform them that you wish to attend the meeting and you would like a "Legal Proxy". The current management is paying the proxy solicitors to get all the votes, before the other ballot is even disseminated. The current situation reminds me of the old USSR, they also had a system that seemed to count your vote, in reality it didn't.

The items being voted for on the white and blue proxies in regards to the proposals are the same thing. The only difference is which answer is highlighted as the suggested response from management or phil. You can vote for whichever you want on either proxy and you can always go on www.proxyvote.com to vote using your control number thats on the white or blue proxy you received.

In terms of the board members proposed by phil, he proposed these people after the other proxies had already gone out and its his responsibilities to get his blue proxies out.

As with everything with IOC, the process has been clunky.
