Art, what is this statement based on? Have you reviewed OSH's most recent financials? They have strong positive cash-flow beyond needs for operations, debt service and capital expenditures. Its required US$19/barrel to have just break-even cash flow is very safe. Their 42% gearing is entirely from non-recourse PNG LNG debt which is being easily carried. Interesting comment you make.

Has anybody done the calculations of what they would have to come up with if it's 8t's? 9t's? 10 t's? The question is who is doing their certification numbers, can we trust that firm, and is the firms' reputation for future certification numbers with other companies enough of a motivating factor to assure us of accurate results??

It really depends on the certification outcome. If that's low, then plans amount to some form of hybernation. If it's close to 10Tcf, they can survive with a more frugal management

I was told last fall by a certain VP in IR that OSH was going to have to come up with 500M.  Thanks for this admin
