"In any event the biggest downside to overturning this deal, other than another short term stock buying opportunity, is OSH's ability to pay Pac LNG and still have money to fund construction"
Art, what is this statement based on? Have you reviewed OSH's most recent financials? They have strong positive cash-flow beyond needs for operations, debt service and capital expenditures. Its required US$19/barrel to have just break-even cash flow is very safe. Their 42% gearing is entirely from non-recourse PNG LNG debt which is being easily carried. Interesting comment you make.

Certification of OSH-IPI. Oilsearch HAS to be motivated to get the lowest possible certification numbers for their payment coming soon to IPI & Civelli. Has anybody done the calculations of what they would have to come up with if it's 8t's? 9t's? 10 t's? The question is who is doing their certification numbers, can we trust that firm, and is the firms' reputation for future certification numbers with other companies enough of a motivating factor to assure us of accurate results??

There are those on this board who seem to speak with Phil, yet they don't say too much. My guess is that Phil has asked some level of confidentiality. Perhaps he is planning much more than he has let be known.

I don't think OilSearch is in trouble with this. Gaffney Cline and Netherland Sewell are doing their certification, unknown whether they will publicise.

Can OSH keep the Antelope number secret from the IOC voters? Just Civelli's friends get to know what the CVRs are worth?
