Does anyone know the time of the hearing tomorrow along with the timezone the hearing is held in?

Yukon Territorial Court meets in Whitehorse, Yukon, which is in the Pacific Time Zone. First hearing is at 9:00 am, but I do not know when the IOC hearing is scheduled.

I've contacted the court to ask for the time of the hearing and will let you know if they reply.

Lib - Good day ,sir . Sorry,I don't know the time but I do have a question . If the judge delays the AGM, will we get 17 more white proxys ? I have already gotten a bunch . Seems like more waste of our borrowed capital .

Greeting to you and yours as well. Your question in unknown by my guess is I expect more proxy material from Dr. Libor plus 6.

I think if the meeting is delayed, they will send out a new PINK proxy. It will simply give sole voting authority on both the board members and the takeover offer to Dr. Hession.

It will also be called the “Flounder Proxy” (from Animal House).

Gator & Lib - Thanks guys......I needed a good belly-laugh .Haven't even had much to smile about lately . When I first read Mike's and the board's credentials a couple of years ago,I have to admit I was impressed .  But since then ,it has gone down-hill . Mike really had a shot at being a person with integrity and honor .(...just this old guy's opinion ) . In mho ,he blew it. Hopefully ,we may still escape with a bone that has some "meat" on it .  Best to you guys and your loved ones .
