Another long time large holders is cutting their position in InterOil.
Wells Fargo filed a 13G as their stake in IOC is below 5%.
If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class of securities, check the following.[X ].

Do we know that they didn't add to their positions when the stock was in the 20s? That's what I did and I'm well into the black. Regardless, they could see it as an opportunity to show gains this quarter/year.

They went right below the 5% filing rule. Now they don't have to file anymore or divulge any selliing in the future. That's why they did it..
