All the shares being bought at these prices will not be eligible to vote on the osh deal. It appears to me we have a hostile on our hands that is a private equity company. Yea I am going out on a limb, don't saw me off Tree.

That's my story and I am sticking to it until further news is released, which won't be from IOC.

This tale just continues to become more woeful. Worthy of Virgil. Nonetheless it is hard to imagine whatever the new deal there will be many people on the fence with respect to the No vote. Maybe this is Hession's 'get out of jail' card. A buy out offer by someone other than OSH would seem to make prosecution less likely.

Hopefully at the end of the day we'll fare much better than the Trojans.

That would only make sense if it were contingent on the (soon-to-be released  (joke)) IPI-OSH appraisals.  This offer will flush them out into the light.

Thank you, David.....

Any IPI-OSH appraisals/certifications released in the near future would be without Antelope 7 and probably understated, which I still see as a big issue. However, another bidder may be willing to pay a higher price per mcf, and even drill Antelope 7 itself if necessary, or have enough confidence in E/A, and enough confidence in the value/potential of the rest of PRL 15 and IOC's major lease interests, to make a clearly superior offer.

Why can't the shares bought today vote? Thank you.
