No reason to scramble to vote on the OSH deal. If by EOD tomorrow OSH does not counter (which is much more likely than XOM pulling their offer), per IR the OSH offer is dead and the new clock starts. There can only be one accepted offer on the table and recommended by the BOD and subject to vote.

Your comment, as it stands, supports the sale of IOC to OSH by attempting to influence shareholders to defer their vote for a few more days...and then a few more days. I can't say the language in these IOC contracts and agreements is the most complex and convoluted I've ever seen. The language certainly approaches the worst I've seen if clarity was a goal in its writing. Don't trust your or anybody's reading of this stuff. It is all debatable. Speaking to those who might not yet have voted: IF and when the vote is formally withdrawn then after all the time you've spent on IOC, you'll just have to write off the few minutes you took to to actually cast yours.

Basis for my comment is what I stated some time ago; I am waiting and watching what happens up to the deadline for voting; nothing counts until then. I'll decide what my basis is for voting. I certainly won't vote and then sell 1/2 of my shares or anything like that.
