Several people have proposed this already, so I cannot clam to own it.

Hows this for a replacement deal for XOM....:

1) XOM gets to keep the CRP

2) XOM gets to keep the reservior and anythign they find

3) XOM trades 1 XOM share for 1 IOC share

4) Teflon Mike gets to go to prison.
