Is there anyone left that can advocate for "no water drive"? isn't this all water under the bridge without a strong advocate?

Just how do you imply that Phil Mulacek is not a strong advocate?  That's ridiculous.

I just want to see what the stipulations were with respect to water drive presense/absense and how the two firms' interpretations of the data were influenced by those stipulations.  While we don't likely know what the IPI deal was with OSH and how that may have changed, we do know that Corelli was satisfied somehow that a post startup certification had significant value.

It's a boo hoo argument because there is no connection between MH's judgement day and the amount of recoverable gas god put in the ground. If Phil M can make an argument supporting no water drive then that should be his argument. Instead we get supposition and innuendo.

Put, you heared in this thread from Indo, who has considerable industry experience in the region, that this issue can only be settled after production has started.

Guess who was (and, in all likelihood, still is) the strong advocate for maintaining the post production certification..

I used the word satisfied, not happy. The fact the post startup certification is in the agreement tells us it has value, otherwise there would be no such inclusion.  Post startup is consideration with the question being what was traded for its addition to the deal.

GLJ seems to have settled on a nice number berore production? I guess your refering to PM as advocate but I hear  nothing about him advocating. His web page hasn't changed since before the CC. The "boo hoo" argument is just that. It is everything one learns not to do in logic 101. That argument might get one in A in politics 505 but it won't work with the major shareholders.
