IMHO, it seems to me that the spud of A-7 WAS/IS CONDITIONAL on the sale of InterOil. I think (but have no proof) that Hession was threatened by OSH: Either sell or we will block the drilling of A-7 (and thus force you to get a very small TOTAL payment because look here - we have 2 independent reports that show 6.4TCFe is the likely average number!!!).

Again, I do not know this, but... It seems strange that with the delay in closing the sale, there is not even a whisper of spudding A-7.

John - Thank you for the ' smiley' at the end . With this entire farce , we have had to endure, it is fairly easy(imo) to muster up a little paranoia . As the' Palmster' and I have said ,"we wait" .....[ some more !  ]. Best to you .

Received a reply from Ann Lee (Investor Relations at IOC) regarding my question "have plans changed re spudding of A-7":

"JV operations are underway and the Ant-7 well is being prepared for spudding sometime in October."

If the court waits long enough to rule, we could have A-7 results by then.

If the court waits too long, InterOil will have to report 3rd Quarter results and shareholders, Wall Street, and XOM will realize how broke IOC is and how much they have had to tap into the line of credit. Thank you Dr. LIBOR + 6% (as LIBOR is at a 9 year high).

And if MH and the BOD were honest about what appears to be true assets in the ground for all of the IOC acres we would be valued much much higher. Tesla is trading at something like $180 pps and loses over $8 per share. I know they lost a bit today so what. Gator, give me a break. IOC is worth more than the market manipulates the pps to be and this appears to be true. Don't talk to me about balance sheets, there is a robery taking place and I hope PM can get enough people in the court in Yucon to listen. Than MH should go to jail.

Will they spud the well as promised? Are they (TOT/OSH) slow-walking the process to make sure the deal closes? IE, if the deal does not close, they cancel A-7 and force IOC to accept a low P50 estimate...
