Only in your opinion
Look at Tesla etc
You do not understand Wall Street ,
Fact companies that are not making money raise money on Wall Street all the time
And they sell at lofty multiples ,
The number of companies that raise money on the street with stories is one large number
Best you read Credit Suiise 3 years ago they laid it all out with numbers .

The next chapter begins!!!  Just when you thought the end was in sight....

What do we have to do to start the ball rolling to throw out the current management and board?

Anyone in favor to re-install PM?

OK.  I'll raise my hand to be CEO.  I only need a 10 million dollar commission to sell the company, and 50% of the salary MH got.

Better deal from XOM?

What's next would be the hearing of the appeal against the Veale decision approving the transaction.  That approval is what is on the books and it is still up to Mulacek's lawyers to succeed after failing the first time.  If they again fail, shareholders are left with the deal in place, likely minus the December dividend.

Now that RDS has sold some assets and the picture is looking better for them, they might want to take a shot at this.  Not to mention others.  If the deal is dead, I bet XOM management is in a state of "weeping and gnashing of teeth."  So close.
