Bad News:

New GLJ estimate received- Best estimate 7.8 TCFe.

Do not know why they reduced their estimate from about 10.4 TCFe to 7.8 TCFe (2.6 TCFe or 25%)

This number would value the CRP at$11.30/share.
$45 + $11.30 = $56.30/sh. Does not include Antelope-7.

As commented previously.  XOM is working as fast as they can with IOC to prevent a "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" scenario.  They see prices going up, A7 drilling ahead, etc.   They want to close this deal before there is much more market price increase and field evidence for a lot higher price.  And our BOD is ensuring we get cheated.
