Correction . No lawyer needed to file the application
#1

I was referred to Phil's lawyers who won the Appellate decision ,Lawyers Wendy Bergman and John Christian .

John stated the following ;

"If you want to appear in court then you must file an application . Those not wanting to appear in court do not have to file the

application. The application lets the other side know you are appearing . "I have sent the letters from Schwab and the DTC to be

reviewed as to completeness ,

No more money involved except to file with your broker dealer ,

Thought this would help . You must also vote no or not vote at all .

You can not vote yes and dissent .

As I read it it seems to say if/when you appear in court, you may join by phone or video conference.

You do NOT have to appear in court ! Unless you want to ! Filing an application means you want to appear ! Per John Christian of Casselsbrock in Vancouver Canadian John Christian and Wendy Berman represented Phil on the Appellate Court decision . They won ! John is a Corporate lawyer member of the bar in Canada . Wendy is a Securities lawyer and member of the bar in Canada . Phone number 604-691-6102 or 604-691-6100. Please feel free to call or email them. They may not talk to you . I was referred in . One has to ask why is their a campaign to put up false information!???Oh I see fewer dissenters means lower payout dollars from Exxon . Worst case you get the Exxon deal based on the sum of the parts approach also called Net Asset Value . Fair value does not apply . Are all of Interoil assets  given value in the BMO Fairness opinion ?????If not then dissent and get value for those assets ! PET's last estimate was 16 T's . Your call

JFT, what I am saying (read the law and the info on the court web site).  If anyone does file, they don't have to fly to Yukon to appear.  They give you other options.  Whether anyone has to file is NOT what i'm talking about.

Why spend money you don't need to spend . ?!

Think Phil will not want max value for his shares ?? Whatever he gets you get by doing it this way .

Think Exxon is paying full value ?! Are you happy with the Exxon price ??  If your not happy do something about this terrible deal .

A wild theory . Some dissenters believe the Exxon deal will have a low payout. Some actually read the Appelate Court decision and saw their words substanially undervalued deal amount from Exxon comments. They believe they can buy shares here and dissent and collect the difference .
What other explanations might there be ??

I've been sick for the last week or more and never called Fidelity. Is it too late to bother?
