We pulled because our lawyer advised us that the dissent action took away our legal rights as shareholders . Or we could not participate in any law suits with the dissent.

He didn't merely tell everyone else to dissent.  He explained, in post after post, why everyone who wasn't following his counsel to dissent was a fool.  It's laughable...but also predictable.

Yes it is. He laughed and made fun of those that pointed out he was dreaming, but after Palm did all the hard work and dew diligence,  then he contacts a lawyer.  Nothing like doing your research after you made the purchase.

So is Exxon paying for everything that Interoil owns. That answer is no. Per the Appellate Court the deal substantially undervalues the assets.So how to best capture that dollar amount . Or you can give up.
Those that voted yes could have reason to regret that decision, to late to change your minds now.
We have had a Canadian lawyer for months. Who advised us to dissent .
Something changed thus our change.
This way we get everything that others are getting plus maybe getting something else .Costs us nothing .
