March 1, 2021: share still trading....

I just want a legitimate company or outcome. No message board hype bs or pump & dump scams. We've had four weeks of higher volume and share prices out of nowhere, with no news. Let's see if there's any real follow through this month!

Someone is paying to keep this ticker on the OTC pinks, why would you do that if you did not have a plan.

This has been going on for a considerable amount of time at this point. 

Plenty of relevant activity albeit not much in dollars and cents.

In this new world of spacs I keep thinking it may have something to do with that, an available shell company.

Really stretching here.

No one in the Company is paying to keep this ticker on the OTC Pink Sheets, this is not how the Pink Sheets work. There are really no eligibility requirements or fees to be traded on the Pink Sheets (known formally know as OTC Pink Markets).

OTC Pink Markets continue to trade until the brokerages no longer want to act as the intermediary between the purchaser and the seller. This can take several years - for example Lincoln Savings and Loan traded for several years AFTER if went bankrupt.

So Kong is it that only the market makers are making money on the trades only? How is it that possibly legal to trade a dead stock with cheating the investors along the way?

Is it the ongoing consolidation of the public float as some on this board have suggested?  Or is it normal OTC functioning post bankruptcy as Kong says. I really wish I knew.

As a side note, I did  read last week that Deep Green is going public via SPAC.
