Hi Steelrat, As I stated to longNautilus I believed we had talked years ago and believed we live in the same town on the west coast in California. We were to get together; this was around the time of the ship being 65% complete. Anyway, we never got the chance to meet in person. So there would be nothing but maybe getting together to have a cup of coffee or get a beer. The person I believe I talked to that long ago had Nautilus as part of his blog name.

So just a note on our shares. I have been informed that the shares are still alive. They are just in this limbo world. When we see shares being traded it is in this strange trading place that is not really recognized by the real market. I was told that it is possible for these shares to have value again. to quote TD Ameritrade

"You are receiving this notification because you currently hold one or more of the impacted securities in your account. Please note we cannot provide current quotes for these securities, but the last trade information will be available.

There is a chance that the impacted companies could come into compliance with the regulatory requirements and the OTC markets and be removed from the list."

Hi Bille, I think you might have me confused with someone else as I live on the east coast. Although we've haven't spoken before I've really appreciated your input on this board as we watch this situation play out.  It's great to hear from another source (TD) that our shares are still 'technically' active. Sh*t non traditional ipos, spacs, recapitalizations, etc happen all the time on wall street - why can't it happen to us?  Thank you for posting it!

Going down the rabbit hole on this one and maybe someone with more knowledge can provide real insights.  So Deep Sea Mining Finance's website is registered/designated to the Isle of Man (https://dsmf.im). The Isle of Man is apparently a popular place to park shell companies because of its favorable corporate, legal and tax laws (https://www.offshore-protection.com/isle...-formation).

Great info LongNautilus! This is all above my pay grade, but interesting never the less. At this point we can only speculate, but what did Sherlock Holmes say? "The most logical explanation is usually the correct one." Time will tell. As mentioned before, I'll never let go of my shares. Our chances are still better than winning the lottery.

Totally steelrat - I should of stayed in school so I could understand how to pull off sh*t like this.  Logically (in my mind at least) it just hasn't / doesn't seem like a normal bankruptcy/liquidation situation.  A lottery ticket is the perfect analogy at this point!

Some information on the OTC Expert Market I came across over the weekend. The OTC Expert Market is about a year old and initially had 2000+ non-reporting companies moved to it in September 2021.  I'm starting to notice some companies re-emerging off the Expert Market and applying for full trading status again with the SEC and OTC Markets.  From what I surmise it requires filing up-to-date financials electronically and applying for reinstatement.  No clue if this is going to happen with nusmf, but it is taking place with OTC Expert Market companies who are "dormant" and have active tickers.....
