Sycamore I think a reverse merger is what's been taking place too. In particular a "Reverse Triangle Merger" because it allows for contract rights to transfer.

The National's article names Chris Jordinson as DSMF's CEO which is the first time I've ever noticed an executive associated with that "entity".  If I understand correctly: Jordinson works for or with Mawarid's Namibian Marine Phosphate mining project called Sandpiper.

I also think its interesting that an attendee is Paul Lahari, who is apparently the Country Manager for Nautilus Minerals......does this mean Nautilus Minerals has employees? Is PNG still a stakeholder in Nautilus Minerals similar to us Shareholders?

At this point HLV I honestly believe the answer to both of your questions is yes.  I think the CCAA process was just a legal way to dump their debt, streamline the company and most importantly protect their assets (the mining tools, mining ship, patents, mining contracts, etc).  A big legal international shell game where DSMF is Nautilus Minerals and we and PNG are still shareholders. That's what I believe and I will never sell my shares!!!!
