Hahaha - I like the idea HLV! But dude I've been so wrong about Nautilus over the last ten years I be out of business already!  At this point for me it's just morbid curiosity to see where this thing ends up. Steelrat said it best: it's basically a lottery ticket.

That being said I really do think our "facts" line-up. Also if the systematic reorganization of Nautilus Minerals didn't keep all shareholders involved (on at least some level) you don't think an attorney, a mutual fund, an investment firm, a pension fund, a wealthy investor, a class action firm, etc would of already sued? Or at least tried to sue by now?  There was / is nothing - which just doesn't happen in the business world.

Again what the f*ck do I know - I'm not an attorney, accountant or analyst. But there are examples of ticker symbols successfully emerging off the OTC Expert Market - why can't it be us?

At this point its just a matter of how they commercialize and if they will acknowledge their shareholders.

The question is will they reward the original shareholders.

That is the only question - how are the last remaining retail shareholders of nusmf going to treated? A red or black outcome that only DSMF knows.

Below is a recent example of a delisted OTC Expert Market company that has restructured and intends to return to full public trading. Paragraphs 2,3,4 &5 struck me as somewhat similar to our situation.

So I found it in the data. Is that the real price on the private market?

Unfortunately no. That column is Market Value meaning if they sold their 7.5 M shares they would get .05 total for all 7M.

Regardless of current market value its nice to know other entities still have a vested interest in the company similar to our own. A potential ally if DSMF decides to relaunch without acknowledging their investors.
