Nautilus Minerals Niugini LTD was definitely a subsidiary company of Nautilus Minerals before the CCAA process /
"bankruptcy". The SMS website says Solwara 1 is a joint venture between NMN and DSMF - I thought DSMF acquired everything? Interesting...

During the liquidation process I question PWC and never got a response as to what was happing with the NUSMF shares.

James Holt of Magellan oversaw both The Metals Company and DSMF/Nautilus' sampling projects??? If they are truly separate companies why would either ever allow that to happen? Ever hear of confidently, trade secrets, protecting processes, etc??

I wonder if they're short sellers cashing in.  Even at 200K shares at 0.000001 it's not real money.

Did anyone else get an email from an Elizabeth Albert's journalist at Mongabay. She wrote:"

My name is Elizabeth Alberts and I'm a journalist at Mongabay and a fellow at the Pulitzer Center. I'm contacting you as I understand that you were former private shareholders of Nautilus Minerals, and that you were unhappy with the restructuring and acquisition agreement that led to the selling of Nautilus to Deep Sea Mining Finance." 

She asked for some time to talk with me.
