Petromin is to pay for its share 22,5% with funds made on production

Let say they pre sell that to RDS and RDS buys a stake from IOC as well , this could place Shell in an operator position, with IOC getting Petromin money upfront and a more serious cash number from Shell.

RDS does a lot of business with the Chinese so that fits as well .
