Here in this Bloomberg Botten is projecting E/A is worth about a single operating unit.  Drilling program for certification to determine IOC shareholder bonus upsides to take another 12 months!

The more I think about the 60% transfer of IOC to Total the more I am figuring we were given away to Total as part of the financing deal.   In other words, our assets were somehow used to pay down OSH's pre existing debt.  Geez did we just get f*cked or what?

Of course Art.

These bastards say the deal is great for IOC shareholders because we will own 14% of OSH . . . so it is our debt that's being reduced, not OSH's debt

We should own 25% of OSH and we should get at least $30 per CVR as the floor payment
