To my opinion, too much milk was spilled under the bridge for IOC to continue as a viable company when your two partners have cut off IOC shareholder's gonads.
I won't even speculate what they've done to our female compatriots.
We now need to wait and see how Phil Mulacek reacts, and then decide on how we go forward.
I believe we must push for a sweetened deal either from OSH - - - or from XOM who basically is in the same position as OSH in terms of giving us the chance to have equity in both LNG Plants
I believe we should be getting:
+ 25% of the merged OSH/IOC company if all IOC shares are exchanged for OSH shares. This first offer is 14% of the merged company if all IOC shares are exchanged for OSH shares; it will be 21% if $700 million is paid out in cash.
+ A higher CVR payment at E/A Certification - We should get US$ 1.0 per mcfe << NOT US$ 0.77 >> above 6.2 tcfe in E/A with a floor of US$ 30.00 per CVR
+ A CA$H payment of US$ 10 per IOC share at closing
The deal should net IOC Shareholders US$ 85 per share, bringing IOC's value up to where it was when The Man in the Pink Shirt rode into Singapore
AND ... Don't forget, the CVR payment will be a Short Term Capital Gain that engenders paying taxes to Donald Trump.
AND ... If you keep IOC until the deal closes, you will be the proud owner of OSH Shares denominated in Aussie $tinko's ... they will depreciate quite a bit from current level
