Interesting. While Hession reported last month site prep work was underway spudding is still going to take 3 more months. Sounds about right for this crew. Presumably though somebody who knows what they're doing will drill this one.

The problems that the drilling crews have had with Wahoo, Ant4, Ant5, and Ant6 have been a technical issue called "Management Override"

As predicted, the A-7 well is SCHEDULED to be spud AFTER the deal is scheduled to be consummated.
If the deal goes through, I believe that OSH and TOTAL, as the only two partners left, will agree to abandon A-7 and not drill. The one IOC person placed onto the OSH Board will not even peep.
