I would expect more upfront in terms of pps and less on the CVR. I doubt more will be paid without another bidder. And speaking of which, if there were 4 bidders as we have been led to believe they should be frothing at the mouth after reading the proxy totals. It indicates unrest in the shareholder base and is evident here.

Ground Hog Day was filmed at many locations NW of Chicago.  The restrauant, village square, opera house, bed&breakfest were all locations in the town of Woodstock IL.. Still a farming community some 45 miles NW of O'Hare airport.
