Raymond James cc

 I was told there is a cc on the raymond james website of a conversation with Paval and Michael about 2 to 3 weeks ago. It was very direct and Hession was VERY uncomfortable according to my source. Anybody have anything on this?? I have tried the website and can't find anything TIA.

Long ago we decided to vote no on this deal . Phil and crew have been buying more shares its said . Adds more no votes . What if Total and OSH have an indication of size from NSAI and GCA and didn't like the number and thus proceeded with this deal . ???Yes it would be great to hear this RJ call but it would just add more fuel to the fire vote no on the deal . Don't let anyone scare you with the stock would drop back down , reality is they will be forced to offer more or yes Interoil with another CEO can easily bridge into the current deal with Total . Win Win .

Someone read to me Pavel's  notes/  summary/ write-up of that May 23 conference call.  Pavel touched on the main points, but I would definitely not consider what I heard read to be anything close to an actual transcript.  I caught the call on a replay that was available for one week.  Pavel got the ball rolling with softball, basic questions.  The fire came when real live shareholders were holding Hession's feet to it.  He, not very artfully, dodged a repeated question, "Why sell now?" (Pre cert., pre FID, oil prices...)

I didn't take proper notes because it was mostly Hession's blah blah blah it's a great deal blah blah blah.  I can't now recall if it was 2 or 3 shareholders that had opportunity to ask questions.

If I'm not mistaken it was our own  Fred---- that asked the question "would you sell your house without knowing the value?"

He was relentless and I'm glad he's in our side!
