I agree. I can hardly wait to vote no. I voted for Phil and the new board. I hope this goes better. 88,000 no votes. It's been nine years and I want to get paid for what this company is worth, not what Hession and his cronies want to steal it for.

I got notice from Schwab for shares in only one of my accounts and called my broker. For the AGM vote they told me their records showed one of my accounts had already been voted yes on the white ballot. (I would do no such thing). My broker was on vacation then. Not now. I'll report if they loaned or otherwise voted my shares this time without authorization.

Shall we ask Admin to pin this and keep a tally?  Based on the previous thread in May/June the members of this board that reported showed 1.12M shares or 2.02% of the fully diluted shares.
