Off shore Mozambique and proximity to Asia and Middle East.  "The deal is done but won't be announced for several months at Exxon's request."  I wouldn't announce the purchase price either until I completed the IOC deal for a song and a dance!

Thank you for informing me how SMs operate, and that the market is down.  These have not passed my attention unnoticed.  However, I wrote my short note from the perspective of an IOC shareholder, not from the perspective of an Exxon shareholder.
