Well, there certainly seems to be some acceleration, and I'm not quite sure what the shorts think or count on to bail them out, to be honest..

If this isn't short covering, that's ok also. That sets up more big days when they do!

Well, many people were surprised that there was like 1.5M short covering in the last report, but I was surprised there wasn't more of that. A deal has been telegraphed for quite some time and they've confirmed Triceratops as another major resource, RC bought 15% etc..

And it doesn't look like Duma will be the next PM, if that ever was a scary prospect in the first place..

Hey Moose,

I could speculate regarding what is going on, but I am going to just sit back and enjoy this. Hopefully this is just a minor tremor in the future eruption of the super volcano known as IOC.

Not only won't Duma be the next PM, but he won't be the DPE minister either.

The money that ExxonMobil and other oil/gas companies threw around to try to defeat him and advance candidates opposing his United Resources Party compatriots has paid off handsomely.

Duma will be a non-event in the coming Administration. In fact, I suspect he'll be a target of the anti-corruption efforts of the new government.

I don't know if anyone was watching the bid/ask spread in the last hour of trading but I saw several times when the spread was over $1 and for the vast majority of the last hour the spread was at a minimum $.50
