A REALLY curious chart got our attention:

But it gets way more curious:

Here is their last quarterly presentation (pdf). They manage real estate portfolios for third parties. Looks like something for the specialist in accounting, but it looks like a short here at $28 (the charts are self-updating).

Anyone ever seen anything like this? Amazing stuff.. Perhaps it's an attempt at a new world record RSI.. They must be close, it now stands at 93.88!

Good job we didn't short it, although we're pretty sure it's going to make a terrific short pretty soon..
