What has RC been up to?

RC has not filed a new report since June 20 as far as activity in IOC stock. So what has he been doing? Looks like he is getting into a new venture in an Irish-registered Accounts Receivable factoring startup: Aztec Exchange Limited. Took a 28.5% stake in what appears to be a new company. I guess that's what you do when you are a true entreprenuer:
