Why?? Today higher oil prices The Yukon Courts have our backs The Total contract is binding Exxon still needs our gas to expand Management of IOC should be shaking in their shoes They get a redo if they mess this one up the Courts will punish them again Everyone should thank Phil , his money went into this law suit !! We have a new life because of his money Email Phil and thank him !!

2126 stated he thinks they will not appeal . Why run up more legal expenses ?? Just change the deal terms . We are waiting on Ant 7 appraisal results anyway. Right now that payment goes to Interoil ,
The BOD including Hession have lost their incentive to sell all of IOC now , The 3 year window to get paid has expired . Can they finally do their job properly ???Sell E/A only makes the most sense
