Please read the below and consider to send an email to Greg VanWoerkom.
One of Michigan Congressman Bill Huizenga's staff wants to gather more information from IOC Shareholders after Huizenga received complaints about IOC.
Huizenga is Chairman of the Financial Services Committee of Congress.
The staff member's name is:
Greg VanWoerkom
District Director
U.S. Rep. Bill Huizenga (MI-2)
p: 616)%20414-5516" target="_blank" value="+16164145516">(616) 414-5516
Greg.Vanwoerkom@mail.house.gov
The message Mr. VanWoerkom sent to the IOC Shareholder was:
"I am following up on an e-mail you sent to Congressman Huizenga’s office regarding InterOil and the SEC. I was asked to follow up with you to gather more background information on the issue. Is there a time next week that we could meet to discuss?"

Hmmm. I'm now a Michigan resident and our company has operations in his district.

Perhaps you and other Michiganders can meet with Mr. VanWoerkom in the near term?

I'm next door to this district. Maybe this will be a little heartburn for the Pink Pirate as he's spending his ill gotten booty.

I've been looking for a reason to get down that way for a couple of things. I can touch base with him and see where it goes. Would like nothing more than making Hession sweat if possible.

The SEC only takes cases they have to take . Congressional pressure is the perfect way to get the SEC to investigate . This is positive news but a baby step . Hopefully it works and this turns into something large step wise .
