Now that the deal is approved, has anyone done the calculation of the xom pps that will be used for payment?

This posting has an Excel file attached that I used to generate the value.  Haven't looked at it in a few months.  Since the price has been falling, the VWAP will be HIGHER than the last price in the calculation period.  That means your $45 in XOM shares, if sold, will not buy $45 worth of current XOM shares.

My crude approximation of the average price of XOM over the last 10 days is $82.50. WARNING: this is just a simple average of the closing price for the 10 trading days ending last Friday. It is NOT the VWAP for those 10 days. However, it should be close enough an approximation.

My question is: Will we have advance notice of the closing date of the deal, or, are they going to tell us after the fact: "It closed last night at midnight!!!" ???

Anyone have any indication as to whether Mulacek might appeal again?
